This report can be concluded as, in travel and tourism sector the management of visitors
attraction is very much essential in today's era. The travel and tourisms is the sector of business
which is the combination of excitement, interest along with so many activities which are arranged
for the travellers which comes to visit different places and could have unforgettable experience
from their visit to any destination. In this report it had been discussed the concepts related to the
visitors' attraction management, followed by the different types of attraction and their importance.
This report had also given the understanding of different tourist motivation theories along with the
various issues that affect the development process in the management for visitors attraction. Lastly,
this report had given the clear understanding of techniques of management for the impacts on
sustainability by analysing various strategies on visitors' management (Wong, McIntosh and Ryan,
2016).
It focuses on the growth and development of the tourism industry along with the focus on
establishment of new business venture.
Social sustainability
it focuses on the societal development and growth. Which means if the company is providing
benefits to the society, then it will eventually help in growth and development of the organization
