INTRODUCTION
Third sector is an umbrella term that covers a range of different companies with different
organization with different structure and purposes, belonging neither to the public sector not to
the private sector. Present study will be base on the role of third sector organization Red Cross.
Further, In this report will discuss the importance of third sector operations in support of public
services. Further, In the study will outline and compare the analysis barriers and benefits to the
third sector organization and to public services through partnerships or outsourcing. It will also
justify the use of third sector organization and how it is applied to the work of a range of public
services.
TASK 2
Role of third sector organizations416.
Third sector organization majorly operated at all levels of society from the very local to
the national and the international manner (Kakabadse and Bank, 2018). Third sector organization
are basically responsible for the social welfare along with that it helps to control the effective
management task to contribute the system into more effective and analytical manner. For
example : Red Cross third sector organization fully devoted towards the society development.
British Red Cross Society which is spread across the world, the main purpose of Red Cross is to
provide the services to people in their crisis. Apart from that, it controls the effective

Voluntary organization play a most important role within the organization that helps to

the vital opportunity and helps to better control the activity and goals to bring the best
opportunity work (Connell, Page and Meyer, 2015).
Red Cross Organization helps to spread the public awareness and shape the public

governmental or non-governmental approached.

Barriers to third sector organization
Lack of resources : many of the third sector organization which are facing issues in
terms of collecting the resources in proper manner and makes the business more ineffective.
Third sector are not fully stabilized and ineffective working opportunity and task. However, the
business opportunity and gained.
Lack of Participation : this is the another barrier for third sector organization that affect
the business opportunity. Besides that, it also affects the business opportunity and ineffective

Lack of enough technology sometimes become the issue for the company which might

force to develop the long-lasting relationship and following development areas.
Often staff volunteers have personal experience of a range of issues affecting the service
user by following the different target (Henttonen, Kianto and Ritala, 2016).
Apart from that, it will help me to control the better organization and development
organization task into the best possible manner.

working opportunity.

organization is important for the economic development. However, the present study has been
based on voluntary sector that motivates the working opportunity to other people as well. It has
been observed that how much public or private sector support third sector organization for its
development and growth. Also, the study has been explained the business benefits and barriers
that might have facing the company sector. However, the study objectives will also need to
