INTRODUCTION
Tourism is one of the best growing sector in the world. This sector is focussed on the economic
development and growth of the economics. This sector has created new job opportunities in this
field. Philippine tourism industry is focus on the visited selected tourist destination around the
country. This company is focus on to increase employment opportunity and income opportunity.
It is focus on the stakeholder in the organisation. This report is focus on the stakeholder for
planning in tourism development. In this sector, government help to increase the growth rate and
company image in different markets.
Task 1
1.1 Stakeholder benefit for planning in tourism development
The tour and travelling sector focusses on the different polices and rules to increase brand image
in the market (Council, G.S.T., 2013). Stakeholders are affected in tour and travel sector in
different ways, some of them help to increase their quality off line and increase brand image in
the countries. Understanding diverse perspectives of stakeholders and how they are affected by
tourism development is critical for constructively engaging stakeholders in planning, but
designing an effective strategy is not straightforward. Several techniques exist to engage
stakeholders, ranging from information dissemination to public meetings to task forces. In this
filed, research work is very important to increase brand image in different markets. Tourism
policy can be defined as: a set of regulations, rules, guidelines, directives and
development/promotion. Objectives and strategies that provide a. framework within which the
collective.
Philippine tourism industry is help to different planing to increase the value of the sector.
Planning is very important for the growth of tour and travel sector (Miller and et.al 2015). This
help to change the future condition of tourism sector and increase profit in organisation. It also
assist to enhance further development of the mentioned sector. In this sector, stakeholder help for
future planning in the organisation and achieving higher growth rate in different markets. In
tourism sector, stakeholder management and their approaches are used to gain planning and
development in each organisation.

All of these approaches help in future development and aid in increasing customer traffic
in the organisation. In this, classical and corporate approaches supports in increasing the demand
of customer and different sector in the organisation (Bramwell and 2013). The company is use
all the stakeholder strategies and approaches to increase profit in organisation. I
Primary stakeholder: - In this, stakeholder has contractual or can say legal contractual
relationship with the organisation. These types of stakeholders help to increase profit and
growth rate of the organisation.
Secondary stakeholder: - This type of stakeholder are influence and affected the polices
and rules in the organisation (Bramwell and et.al 2015They assist in rising profit in the
organisation.
Overall, these are the two types of stakeholders to increase profit and growth rate in the
organisation.
1.2 Advantages and disadvantages in public and private sector tourism
In tourism business there are focus on each sector. Private sector or public sector, both sector are
as follows :-
Private sector: - In private sector are to be included in all the members who come with there
profit sharing ratio. In private sector tourism sector government is not interfered in any polices or
rules and regulation in the organisation about the work in the organisation. In private sector
business owner is set all the rules and polices. This private sector help to the employment
opportunists. This sector is generated new vacancy at help to unemployed people.
Advantages: - The best advantages in growth of services sector and grantee new
employment. in this sector is use foreign exchange earning , it is help to economic
growth in the organisation. It is use meet new people and help to change in economic
development in the organisation.
Disadvantages: - In this sector is very time consuming and huge expenditure in tour
sector. It is effect on health and may cause.
Public sector: - In public sector tourism sector government is help to increase growth rate. In
government is set all polices and rule to increase customer traffic in the organisation (Bramwell,
B., 2015.). Philippine tourism industry help to different planning to increase the value of the
sector. This assist in changing the future condition of tourism sector and thereby increasing profit
