INTRODUCTION
Talent management is determined as a process that help in using an important source for

time. It is the responsibility of HR manager to attract staff member for a longer period of time.
The primary purpose of administration is to implement activity that is connected to production
which will be beneficial for organisation (Butler, Vijayasarathy and Roberts, 2020). The research
is based on other company named as TESCO. It is the international organisation that provides
variety of products and services to its user for satisfying them. This report or assignment will
provide different kind of information connected to objective of administration of project and
management plan. Furthermore, they also provide a description regarding research methodology
and the data that is connected to research and also provide recommendations and also selection
for organising research.
