Question One
Donald Trump has been facing several lawsuits and investigations that are involved
regarding his election campaigns in the year 2016. These lawsuits have been filed because of
several reasons like violations from financial obligations, business practices, financial issues
regarding his Presidential campaigns and his charity works. These things have been extremely
evident for him as these are associated with his character and reputation as the President of
United States. Some instances of these lawsuits are:
1. Aziz vs. Trump (relating to temporary immigration restrictions in USA)
2. Washington D.C and Maryland vs. Trump (regarding violating Foreign Emoluments
Clause of the Constitution of United States)
3. City of Chelsea vs. Trump (this is concerned with sanctuary cities)
4. CNN vs. Trump (this is regarding violations of First Amendment to the U.S.
Constitution)
5. Stone vs. Trump (it concerns with violations on Fourteenth Amendments to the U.S.
Constitution) (Martin, 2017).
6. Hawaii vs. Trump (regarding legal issues of the revised order on restrictions on
temporary immigrations)
Regarding the first lawsuit it can be said that a crowd funding campaign has been designed so
the expenses can be borne (Martin, 2017).
The verdict of this lawsuit is still pending as the date has not been decided yet. The sitting
judge here is Peter Jo Messitte.

Question two
Six of the democrats who will likely to run for being the President of the United States are
Senator Cory Booker from the state of New Jersey, John Delaney from the state of Maryland,
Kirsten Gillibrand from the state of New York, Kamala Harris from the state of California, John
Hickenlooper from the state of Colorado and Amy Klobuchar from the state of Minnesota. All
these candidates have their recognition and recognition in their respective fields (de Vries &
Kelly, 2019). Amy has always been working on gaining the support of middle class people of her
province. Therefore, she has gained some support of Minnesota. On the other hand, John
Delaney has also been running for President since he has established himself as a successful
businessman and running for this seat since 2017. John Hickenlooper also has gained the trust of
people of his state Colorado (de Vries & Kelly, 2019). He has also helped those people who
became victims to many tragedies in the state. He has also served as the Mayor of Denver for
eight years. This seems that he has a very strong experience in the politics of United States.
Therefore, it can be concluded that the efforts of Hickenlooper can be utilized if he becomes the
President of USA in 2020.
