A brief overview
In order to accomplish this menu review and redesign assignment, Zambrero food outlet has
been selected. This Mexican restaurant has gained significant popularities in last few years in
Australia. The primary aim of this outlet is to serve hungry people, who cannot afford to
purchase any food. Hence, the ‘Plate 4 Plate' initiative of this outlet has received maximum
support from the community (Zambrero.com, 2018).
It is to inform that Zambrero offers vegetable dishes to its consumers, which can be interpreted
as the unique selling point (USP) of this outlet also. Although, this restaurant also provides non-
veg elements as per the choice of consumers. Traditionally, this outlet offers Burritos and
Chikitos, bowls, nachos and much more to its consumers. However, this outlet has recently
introduced its ‘new summer bowl' menu concept. It is identified that the proposed menu concept
is another subsidy of its ‘bowls'. Although, the combination of black rice and kale salad, with the
inclusion of topped almonds and sunflower seeds, have made this new menu of this outlet is
appealing in nature. Besides the ‘summer bowl’, summer add-ons are also introduced as
supplementary, which includes nut and seed mix, almonds, red cabbage and much more.
