Action Plan: For an individual it is required to analyse their target and objectives related to their
career and professional development practices (Dow, Gaffy and Hwang, 2018). These kind of
practices are also essential for me, thus I carry my self-analysis which aid me to analyse own
strength and weaknesses. All these activities are based on my undergraduate study goals that I
require to achieve appropriately. In this regard I identify some major areas team working skill,
academic writing skill, communication skill as well as time management skill that I requires to
improve within a set time period in order to attain desired grades easily (Norrving and et. al.,
2018). All these practices will assist me in undergraduate studies in order to attain desired career
goals by making required improvements. Therefore, it is required to measure their progress
within the set duration so that I can attain my objective on deadline. In this process I need to
apply SMART model in order to develop a specific action plan for myself as:
