I. Introduction
Today, education is developing very strongly all over the world in general and Vietnam in particular. But according to each year the statistics of
students dropout midway are very high and there are many reasons for dropping out.
Organizational leadership is a strategic plan for the business and manages to motivate employees to successfully implement projects towards
those goals [ CITATION Gar19 \l 1066 ]. Through Leadership in Organizations subject, the group of 3 class BUSI1323 studied the case of University
of Greenwich Vietnam and had a project Limiting out of students at the University of Greenwich Vietnam (FGW) to find out the causes and
solutions to develop more for the school and students.
II. Main Body
1. Statistical data
In addition to relying on the school's reference statistics, we interviewed all the students make survey inside and outside the school in the
context that the FGW Danang branch from July 15th to July 25 had statistics on the situation. Student dropout status and reasons are as follows:

According to the table above, we see that the percentage of students who drop out of school in year 2 is the highest, up to year 3 is the second
highest. The percentage of students who continue to study until the end of their university studies is only 4%, a very small number.
