Introduction
The entrepreneurship provides the main process that helps to design, run and launch a small
business. The entrepreneurship implements the beneficial areas for the development and growth
of a business. This thing has been viewed by the various countries that can be experienced on the
substantial poverty that makes the reduction of poverty in the last area of decades. The countries
include with the East Asian Tiger and China that has been capitalized for a long period with the
drive in the development of an economy. The main aim of this assignment includes with the
carrying out a successful entrepreneur on Brexit Company to enhance the opportunity to develop
a start-up business in the country of U.K. There includes with various form of traits and factors
that that can help to drive the entrepreneurship. The entrepreneurial personality provides the
reflection on the mind-set and entrepreneurial motivation. In order to carry out a new business in
the market of U.K, there is a necessity to indulge the skills to provide a high performance.

There are various types of entrepreneurial ventures exists in the new-start business. These are

This types of entrepreneurial ventures provide the staff members that can effectively indulge in
the large organization to implement high performance. It lies with the profit earned by the
shareholders that make the maximum amount of revenues (Suddaby et al. 2015).
