INTRODUCTION
The report aims to creates a 12 documents of portfolio which is necessary to ensure key
practices which are done in the university course period. In order to grow in the employability
skills, I need to be very well focused about the experts’ guidance and what has done in the class.
Therefore, this report is going to cover all the portfolio evidences which has learned during the
semester. This will be effective to learn about all the topics covered in the portfolio for which, all
the documents are much vital for success.
TASK 1
During my college days I learnt about various topics which helped me in performing well in
projects. I covered topics related to kerning styles, creativity and problem solving skills, digital
literacy, skills and technology, academic writing, about referencing and effective
communication. Through all these topics I was able to do task effectively. Effective
communication skills help in coordinating with other members and through this my interpersonal
skills also get improved. For completing any assignment, I used to take help from class notes,
Primary and secondary data, tutor notes, YouTube links and through other website for collecting
data. For making projects creative I include photographs, diagrams and charts through this my
creativity skills also improved. Through projects my leadership, interpersonal skills and
communication skills also improved it leads effective work process. Did learn about how to write
a reflective essay what stages it includes in writing the essay and it helps in learning from past
experience, new strategies for new projects. In performing any task various skills required and
various skills can be build. Proper planning and directing leads the working of the project
smoothly and in every project both positive and negative aspects works. When I was working in
team projects I need to connect with other members of the team for that I need to maintained
proper communication chain. For solving any subjective problems, I used to take help from class
notes, handwritten and sample work done in class or at home. Working in a team projects helps
in building interpersonal, motivational and other innovative skills. Through the projects I
experienced about my knowledge, strengths and weakness based on the past situations and theses
reflective techniques helps in framing new and innovative strategies for new future situations.
Projects leads great learning of digital literacy which improves the quality of work through

accessing online tools like videos, library database and basic computer knowledge. Digital
literacy is one of the most top skill required in today's world it helps in making projects more
innovative. Tutor feedback helps in finding errors and area where we need to improve the subject
knowledge and this leads increase in knowledge and different experience on a person. Self-
assessment helps in improving the key areas where the knowledge need to be improve and
develop various skills related to different areas. Guest speaker improves the scope of knowledge
more wide and it helps in exploring new path also increase the interpersonal skills in an
individual. All these helps in building vocabulary and exploring new words which enhance the
knowledge. I have explored all the skills which helps me in developing my knowledge area and
skills and this will have a positive affect in executing future projects and also helps in proper
time management. It also helps in framing new strategies and exploring different targets because
all these skills are important in doing work efficiently and effectively. So, all these skills helped
me lot in performing my task on time and also will help me in performing new project in a better
way in future.

Photographs
This is the main element of portfolio which includes photographs that has made or
created by own. It also develops skills to arrange the photograph size and colours to adjust it with
the content written during the assignment projects. Therefore, the pictures must be related with
the topic to give it a relevant finding. The photographs need to set within the middle section.

Tutor notes
Notes plays an important role in the academic sessions and for examination purpose also.
By writing down all the notes, I can easily from them whenever gets stuck with any point or
topic. I can easily revise the concepts clearly and keeps my knowledge up to date in a proper
manner. It becomes easy to go through with notes anytime anywhere as they are handy. Notes
are also classified in both self-notes and tutor notes. When it is given by teachers, they are more
systematically and covered every topic. Whereas, the self-prepared notes are also crucial which

is made as per own needs and requirements. Also, it is crucial for every student in managing
work and self-learning. Hence, these notes are beneficial for me in the examination period to
recall the topics in an appropriate manner. Also, notes make the learning easy and concise which
only includes necessary information and eliminates additional details.

Group work
Group work is important while learning and working in universities. We learn with same
peers and share each other’s values easily. Group work helps in building own leadership
capabilities while leading and communicating with others. It gives rise to team work and
coordination among classroom. Group work Is an essential ability which attracts key individuals
learning criteria. Group activities are also vital which enhance the values of individual behaviour
and generate good impact on team building. In universities, it is crucial to develop effective
relations among peer as there are a lot of group projects given in the class.

Log of class discussions
In class discussions, there are much logs and activities which is crucial for the understanding
of activities done in class. These personal logs help in maintaining key factors that are required
to improve and how it can be helpful for the individual. The class discussion involves many topic
and viewpoint of others that makes the topic in an argument and judgmental way. It helps me in
finding the right solution and necessary area to learn from the class topic. I would prefer to be a
part of more of class activity which will boost my knowledge and I can also be able to work
more on the projects and group discussions.

It is the most crucial concept for a student studying in the university. Vocabulary neds to be
strong and flexible to speak in front of others. It creates a base for the language to learn about the
