COMPLETE AN ESSAY FROM THE ARTICLE ON HOW MACHINES WILL BE
COMPLETING ALL THE WORK TASKS BY 2025

downward shift which most likely to worsen inequality. The robot revolution to create
approximately of 97 million jobs across the world on the other hand also focus on
destroying vacancies at the same time. After, a survey done by more than 50%
employees tells that automation may tend to speed up on the contemporary
approximately 43% workers feels like to cut off their jobs (Machines to 'do half of all
work tasks by 2025', 2020). With the post COVID situation aims to boost up the
adoption of new technologies. On the other hand this also aims to provide some kind
of disruption that causes sever challenges as well as issues for the workers. With the
usage of automation machines in-addition causes many working people to lose their
jobs. As having many inequalities in the labour market and various reverse gains
causes a major global financial crises to deal with. WEF says that after the pandemic
around one third of all the works being tended to handled with machines and
automation tools. With huge surge of new technologies causes various hr skills like
recruiting, communicating and other skills to have high demand. My opinion says to
incorporate both technologies and employees working abilities.
