long text being divided into subsections or parts and being examined critically for
effectively getting to know about meaningful objective of text. Helps in developing
reading and learning capabilities. Along with that also provides assistance in students to
get to know about the real meaning behind the paragraph. It also tends to increase the
creativity of students in effective learning.
Personal Development Plan
It is defined as the plan which aims to focus on providing information regarding
different areas which required to be improved. As, under this we majorly focus on those
skills which is lacking and maybe enhanced for future betterment and effectiveness.
Under this basically we aim at actions required to achieve or skills to develop, then

under class and lessons & their impacts in reshaping for future.
Communication Skills
These are basically termed as the skills which tends to help in listening, speaking
and observing about the topic. Under this the exchange of information is done for
interacting with others. Being an important skill aims to provide benefits in effective

Presentation skills :
Presentation skills are those which helps in delivering the information and
message effectively to large audience (Kusumah and Novita, 2019). These skills help
an individual in promoting innovative ideas and builds creativeness. These skills
develop the abilities in individual which makes interesting ideas and builds confidence
among various individuals. These skills will enhance the communication skills, speaking
skills, helps in gaining self-confidence, aids in communicating better in all areas of life,
less stress and will also improve the time management skills .
