scenario, a proper analysis of business is very crucial. In this study business analysis report of
Holiday Inc. is going to be analyzed and evaluate from the context of Junior Business Analyst.
As Holiday Inc. needs a new Information System for the re-modification of the business process,
an overall business analysis is going to be discussed in this study. This assignment emphasizes
on stakeholders and other potential issues that arise after implementation of change management
and focuses on effective strategies to overcome those issues.
