Introduction
In this modern age of technology, business organizations are competing with each other in order
to become profitable in the competitive market. In order to survive in the present business
scenario, a proper analysis of business is very crucial. In this study business analysis report of
Holiday Inc. is going to be analyzed and evaluate from the context of Junior Business Analyst.
As Holiday Inc. needs a new Information System for the re-modification of the business process,
an overall business analysis is going to be discussed in this study. This assignment emphasizes
on stakeholders and other potential issues that arise after implementation of change management
and focuses on effective strategies to overcome those issues.

change management process in the existing business process by implementing new Information
System for employees, customer, management and other stakeholders. In fact, Holiday Inc. is
planning to satisfy both their regular and irregular customers with the implication of a new
information system. On the other hand, the employees of various departments like accounts,
sales and marketing as well as Human Resource Management will also going to avail facilities
like employee evaluation, employee payment method and employee increment with the help of
this particular system. As the business analyst of this project it is important to analyse the pros
and cons of this system so that the stages of the project can be planned properly and it can be

best solution for business. The application of this new system will be helpful for a business
organization as it will have a significant contribution to their level of productivity (Laudon and
