1. Introduction
The report aims in preparation of a schedule and the work breakdown structure of the
undertaken project. The project aims in upgrading all the telecommunications equipment for
Military S6 Information system. The entire project is sub divided into a number of phases for its
better management. The Gantt chart indicates the tasks to be completed, its duration and the
resources needed for completion of that particular task. Accordingly, a Gantt chart is prepared
for establishing schedule of the undertaken project.
2. Work Breakdown Structure
The figure below indicates the work breakdown structure of the project-

3. Gantt Chart
The table below provides an idea of the phases in a project, the tasks, the duration of the
tasks, its predecessors, milestone and the corresponding resource needs of the project.

4. Conclusion
The report provides a detailed idea of the estimated schedule and the resource needs of
the undertaken project that deals with upgrading of Telecommunications Equipment for Military
S6 Information Systems. The estimates indicate that it would require six months for project
completion.
