1. Introduction
The report aims in preparation of a schedule and the work breakdown structure of the
undertaken project. The project aims in upgrading all the telecommunications equipment for
Military S6 Information system. The entire project is sub divided into a number of phases for its
better management. The Gantt chart indicates the tasks to be completed, its duration and the
resources needed for completion of that particular task. Accordingly, a Gantt chart is prepared
for establishing schedule of the undertaken project.
2. Work Breakdown Structure
The figure below indicates the work breakdown structure of the project-

4. Conclusion
