Executive Summary
Main purpose of this report is to develop urban park usually covers large space and can
be divided into small pockets of the park. For developing urban part there are various effect on
the environmental, economic and social environmental aspects. This report revolved around
critically analysing the positive as well as impacts of the Urban park on the aforementioned
units. Various challenges were discussed in the report are funding, building a new urban park
requires a huge amount of investment. Furthermore, other challenges were safety, cleanliness
and regulations of the Urban Park. In addition to that, the main aim of this report is to identify
various impacts of an urban park in society and to analyse different ways to maximise the
benefits of an urban park. Based on the analysis, relevant recommendations were provided to
subdue any negative impacts associated with construction as well as maintenance of an urban
park.

INTRODUCTION
This report revolves around the factors associated with construction as well as
maintenance of the urban park and its impact on associated environmental dynamics. Urban Park
is also known as a public park or an open space for the public which offers greenery and
recreation to the visitors. The Urban Park includes gardens, playgrounds, public restroom, picnic
facilities, running and various other facilities. Urban Park usually covers large space and can be
divided into small pockets of the park (Yuen and Jenkins, 2020). This report revolves around the
impact of this construction on social, economic and environmental factors. A critical analysis of
these factors is done in this report and appropriate recommendations are drawn to enhance the
positive impacts of an urban park on the environment, society and economic status of the place
this construction is taking place (Liu and et. al, 2018).

Economic Impact
Economic Impacts includes the benefits which will be occurred by Urban Park
(Panayiotopoulos and Pisano, 2019), these benefits are Increases property value of the nearby
area, an increase in tax revenue, Increase tourism revenue, Increase the attractiveness of
businesses and visitors.
 Job Creation-
Urban parks provide employment opportunity and thus, contribute to the economy. The
Local Council has decided to build an Urban Park to contribute best towards the economy. The
availability of job provides opportunities such as Front entrance ticket sales, Security Job,
Ground Maintenance Job and many others. The Urban Park generates the vacancy for Gardners
who is efficient in taking care and maintaining gardens. The Urban Park establishes a ticket
counter at the entrance for people visiting the park. Generally, the price is kept low to attract
tourists (Johnson and Handel, 2016). Further, a security guard is required to maintain harmony
and peace, and also to regulate and maintain the park efficiently. In-Ground maintenance job the
