INTRODUCTION
Data analysis is effective method our process of cleaning, transforming and Modifying data to
discover a useful information for the organisation decision- making. The main purpose of data
analysis is to extract useful information from the raw data and take decisions upon it.
This report will analyse public and private sector on the basis of provided data and it will try to
identify useful information that can be helpful and required by the government. this report will
select few questions to analyse and provide the information required and also analyse the data for
the questions that are selected by using the statistics and data analysis. It will also the findings
from interpretation he then the whole Research. In the end of this report well provide
recommendation on impact of Brexit on United Kingdom organisations recruit demand and
selection process on the basis of above research.
TASK
Understanding of information needed by government
The data is based on companies who are operating their business in private and public sector.
After the Brexit companies impacted both negatively and positively and on the basis of Brexit
government require data related to the future hiring plans off public and private sector
(Georgiadou, Angelopoulos. and Drake., 2020). It will also analyse how this stuff will affect
from the Brexit on the basis of culture, sales and performance. Government required this data to
identify the Impact of recruitment policies and what changes will be required for the future
plans.

It is necessary for the researchers to collect information from the given Excel data. they need to
select some of the questions so useful information can be obtained. Then for obtained must be
