Aim
“To analysis all the implications that are left by growing age on workforce and health
care services.”
Background and introduction
This report based on the England and Wales living middle age group people where they
have to face two common problems such as healthcare services and decreases the workforce.
Population of both countries increases which affect the stability of the country and become
difficult for the people who live there (Koepp, Snedden and Levine, 2015). In order to identify
the problem with detailed analysis, ICT skills used which helps in collecting information and
make researcher able to find appropriate solution for it.
Research questions
 What are the potential impacts of increment in growing age upon workforce in England
and Wales?
 What are the implications of continuous incline in growing age on health care services?
 Which strategies could be adopted to reduce impacts of growing age on different areas?
Literature review
When researcher conduct a critical analysis of different types of published sources for the
purpose of finding answers for research questions then it is known as literature review. With the
help of it readers can relate to the topic and improve their knowledge. In other words it can be
defined as mode of analysis which is highly focused with summary, comparison, evaluation and
classification of all the facts covered in a research.
Potential impacts of increment in growing age upon workforce
According to ABC, number of older people is continuously increasing in England and
Wales due to which organisations are facing the problem of lack of staff members and it is
leaving negative impacts upon their productivity (Lupu and et. al., 2018). It is one of the biggest
negative implication of growing age because as people get old their body becomes incapable to
work in an organisation. It is one of the main problem which is affecting the functionality of
business. It is very important for the management of organisations to deal with this problem in
systematic manner.

Implications of continuous incline in growing age on health care services
According to ABC the demand of health care services in England and Wales is increasing
continuously due to growing age. When people get old then it affects their health therefore it is
very important for them to get health care services so that they can live a healthy life. People in
England and Wales are living more as compared to other countries which is resulting in
increased demand of care services in both the nations. The governmental parties of these regions
are required to take appropriate actions so that they can respond to the issues appropriately.
Strategies which could be adopted to reduce impacts of growing age on different
areas
According to ABC, growing age is the issue which is resulting in increased demand of
health care services and decreased workforce for the organisations. It is vital to deal with both
the implications of it. For the purpose of responding them appropriately different steps could be
taken by legal authorities. These are promoting the courses which are related to health care
services so that youngsters can choose them and help older people to deal with all their medical
issues. Another steps which could be taken by government is opening new care homes which are
delivering services to the house of old individuals and also have facilities for them to stay there
and get treated appropriately (Stevens, 2017). By adopting all these strategies all the impacts of
growing age could be reduced in England and Wales.
Research methodology
It is the techniques of research which is used to collect information, analyse and evaluate
the entire data. Research methodology include the process of gathering specific information as
per the requirement. This assessment research based on the increase of health care services for
old age people. Methodologies are used such as ICT skills, ICT software and awareness of
information security and privacy.
ICT skills are concerned with understanding and applying the variety of computer
programmes which are concerned with software and other applications. These skills include use
of computer, tablets, mobile phones, email and internet as all of these are connected with internet
and technology. According to me, it is relevant to have practical knowledge of these skills.
ICT (Information communication and technology) software help the organizations to
manage or soft the huge number of information. This report use the Excel software for this and
collect information from the website of national statistics 2015. ICT software helps in calculating

percentage, mean, mode, ratio, standards deviation or median. All the below mention calculation
based on growing age people of England or Wales. At the time of conducting this research,
researcher aware about the security and privacy of information.
Data analysis
It is a process which helps in inspecting and transforming the data by analysing or
discovering the relevant information which support the decision of researcher. Data analysis has
various approaches and plays an important role in decision making about the success and
development of career.
Collected data based on growing age people who live in Wales and England city, both
cities face the issues of low workforce and high demand of health care services. Further analysis
will be done with the help of following tables:

From the overall observation of the England or Wales population, it has been
recommended following steps to concern about the the issues which they face currently.
 Organisation can recruit old age people who having enough experience to perform and it
is beneficial for corporate sector to deal with the issues of low workforce.
 Legal authorised body of Wales & England need to start new health care centres for old
age population (Williams and et. al., 2014).
 These countries government should encourage people to explore in the heath care
services and become a pert of it.
CONCLUSION
From the above research, it has been concluded that population of old age people
continues increases which generate two issues such as lower labour force or high demand of
healthy care services in England or Wales. So legal organizations of the country need to take big
steps and promote health care sector which helps in gathering people to entered in this field or
contributed to minimise the demand. In addition, due to high population of old people there is
lack of workforce which affect the organizations and their operations as well.
