INTRODUCTION
Value and contribution in the organisation success matter the most through obtaining
certain results into the businesses. For the companies that considered employees as their most
valuable assets, human resources will consider with extreme value(Arasanmi and Krishna, 2019).
It is basically the process of benefiting the organisation through maintaining the value of their
employees efforts and enhancer their skills and ability to provide them strength to work in
complicated change situation as well. Human resource manager will motivates workers and their
employees to perform on higher level possible and will undergo with maintaining an
organisation culture relates with high morale. A well operating department of human resource
manage an crucial link to their success of company, quality workers and with excellent
performances of their employees. The long term success and achievement of organisation is
basically depend upon different talents in respect of employees, motivation and accomplishment
of their people. Below report is based on the company “NOBL” which is a consulting
organisation founded in year 2014, the company have numbers of offices in region of London,
the USA and Canada and supporting approximately 80 clients on relates with five continents
which relates across the dozen industries. This below report considered with topics importance of
organisational design theories in relation to the organisation structure, different techniques which
is used in attracting, maintaining and rewarding human resource with intentions to build
dedicated workforce. Generates research with the use of contemporary knowledge to help in HR
development.

Design of organization relates with stage upon stage methodology which consists with
dysfunctional approaches of procedures, workflow, system and structure, constructs or rebuilt
them to fit current business goals and realities(Fonsecaand Domingues, 2018). And develops the
strategic plan to implement the new changes in the context of designing with the view to
overcome the dysfunctional gaps of the organization. In relation to the consulting company like
NOBL, they are more likely to induce into the same outcome with high performing operating
firms and relates with enrich culture. Their structure and work output will flow during the
