ESSAY“Should Law decide the value of life by assisted dying and abortion”? Discuss.INTRODUCTIONIn present era, each and every individual wants to live safe and secure and governmenthas taken different step to improve the life of people. Value of life is consider to be criticalfeature, as value involves the quality of life, expected life time remaining (Value of life, 2019.).In general it is a statistical term that is related to the cost of reducing the average number ofdeaths by an individual. Quantity of life shows the value level of an activity or situation throughmain motive of determining that support to explain the meaning of assorted human action. Asthe time, theologians, lawyers, philosophers and ethicists are facing difficulties while knowingand interpreting human life values. By knowing life's value help human to live happy andtrustworthy with the prospect of nature. Purpose of this report to understand the basis uponwhich that value of life is determined. In the module the value of life is looked in connectionwith assisted dying and abortion. MAIN BODY Thesis statement: “ Does the law and an individual have the right of Assisted dying orRight- to -die?”.Idea: Assisted dyingParagraph (Disagree)In present era, assisted dying is also known as “death under the precaution” which is asuicide that is mainly assisted by a professional doctor and healthcare provider or the suicideundertaken with the support of third person. It is mainly observed that most of the argument forthe right to die are ideological that is totally depended on crucial aspects of civility such as thelaw, religion, cultural or spiritual beliefs, social values or ethic etc. The law do not have the rightto give any individual the choice of dying in their own ways, because life is precious and there isneed of care for life in any situation (Blau, 2017). There are number of reason that disagree theconcept of assisted dying for an individual as no one have the right to kill himself. Law isimportant for a society as it provide a secured environment by giving justice. Rules andregulation are framed to provide proper guidelines and order upon the behaviour for all citizensand to sustain the equality.
