Workplace ethics is the moral conducts and
practises which an individual has to attain in
order to work in the company in an ethical
manner. As for working in all the company
the person or the individual will have to gain
the changes and advancement and for that,
they have to follow the moral conducts and
values. Workplace ethics helps out all the

and satisfaction.
The major scandal or unethical practise
The unethical practise of Barclays is the
Libor scandal in which as Libor is mainly
the benchmark interest rate on account of
which all the banks use to lend money and
unsecured funds to the markets. This is
mainly an ICE benchmark administration
which maintains all the interest rate that is to
be aligned by the Libor. Barclays in it has
fraudulently changed the actual borrowing
interest rate that is being decided by Libor
instead of that they managed some lower
interest rate so as to attract most of the
customers to lend money from them. This
mainly has eroded the trust of public and
also forced them to leave their accounts
from the Banks with that Barclay was
charged to pay the penalty as a fine to the
government. This unethical practises have
left the customers shattered and made them
to change their mentality towards Barclays
and resulted that there was a major loss as so
many customers back stepped from making
their accounts in the company. Thus, all the
organisations are tending to maintain their
values and conducts on peak and as on all
such frauds the major issue which eradicates
is ion the company and also on public they
lose trust when such unethical behaviour is
being noticed and the employees too lost the
trust from the company.
Laws that promotes good ethical practice

As ethics pertains out to be the major
and important factor which maintain the
