Weaknesses
Being Reactive Instead Of Proactive
If Van Heusen have too many basic concepts, then can be somewhat bored for their clothes.
They may feel that something is missing. Maybe they do not have colour diversity, and
everything seems to be mixed. Maybe all styles have no character in the non-Bible. There is
nothing to stop the in the field of the market. As they choose clothes and they have been too long
in safe areas (Carletti, and et.al., 2020). If there are too many basic concepts they will choose an
animated colour or letter. Buy colourful scarves and fun earrings in the field of the area. They try
to buy new fabrics and textures that you no longer have for your wardrobe.
 By creating layered methods to handle contrary practicality, so an unforeseen event that
will not disrupt the global supply chain.
 By creating relevant manner in redundancy to help methods to respond an unanticipated

methods for rising procedure as effectively.

Lack Of Visibility

impact. By taking such a concentrated approach that is more effective as because it
embrace both major interruption and local problems.
 By adapting AI and other techniques to unlock analytic values from source of the data
and information that are accrued from cross the supply chain.
 By identifying the main points with the supply chain. And if it will identified as primary
visibility then it will involve the weaknesses, implement the processes, upgrades, add-ons
or technologies that will provide the best return on investment.
Its recommended to be follows Artificial intelligence (AI) and robotics are an essential term of
the combination for modified tasks in or out of the managerial setting. In the present set of the
years, AI has become an increasingly common presence in robotic resolution by introducing
flexibility and learning ability in previously inflexible applications.
In-effective information technology implementation in business logistic and supply chain
management
It has been identified that Van Heusen is making less investment in information technology in
their business logistics and supply chain management. This weakness is making company to face
high rate of competition from other rivals. It also affects their decisions related to smooth supply
chain management (Chiang, Kou and Koo, 2021). Furthermore, it has been identified that other
rivals of Van Heusen is taking use of information technology in their business logistic and
supply chain management operations. With this they are satisfying needs and demands of
consumers more efficiently. Less investment of information technology in business logistic and
supply chain management operation is significantly making Van Heusen to decrease their
efficiency of supply chain which is hampering the overall satisfaction of consumers (Gumilang,

2021). Its recommended to be follow new implementation of information technology as to
perform their roles and responsibilities in an efficient manner.
CONCLUSION
Thus, according to the above-mentioned report, it has been concluded that it is essential for
organisation to effectively invest in different aspects such as information technology in business
logistic, digital advertisement and emphasize upon all the essential laws and legislation which is
associated to the industry. From this report it has been identified that there are some certain
weaknesses that will lead organisation to a significant increase in the competition from other
rivals. Along with the weaknesses identified above such as less investment in information
technology in business logistic and more effect organisation in terms of less productivity and
profitability. Along with that it has been identified from the support that organisation by making
significant improvement and business logistics and supply chain management operations can
effectively serve the needs and demands of consumers in a well-defined and effective manner.
This report also stated that effective implementation of information technology will allow the
company to enhance their competitiveness in industry. Information Technology will allow the
company to significantly operate the business operations in a flexible and efficient manner. It
also helps company to manage their business operations in more flexible manner and supply
chain management. Company with information technology can be more productive and perform
roles and responsibility in a team to generate solution to a wide range of a supply chain
management problems. With the help of effective information technology in supply chain
management company can enhance that business growth and opportunities and can enhance the
overall profitability in more efficient way.
