Moreover, the aim is to pretend that we are the major stake holders of Salubritas Pharmaceutical
Company. The entire report strongly relies on the decision makers of the entire organization in
order for them to release a relevant form of budget and even go as far as strongly supporting all
the available resources (Neugebauer, Figge and Hahn 2016). This further enables the entire
project to acquire an overall sustainability condition most so in most of the areas where me
together with my department are known to be playing an essential role.

Pharmaceutical Company has in deed moved to greater heights in terms of how it has been able

boundaries of United Kingdom. Moreover, the organization aims towards improving the entire
human health (Johnson and Schaltegger 2016). As far as the objectives are concerned, the
company is working towards saving together with scaling up the health of well-being. Some of
the identified challenges to address in relation to this company include; Developing pressure
associated with the need to refill some of the available drug pipelines, availability of
competition, the industry has lost both confidence and credibility and finally there is an increase
in demand (Dyllick and Muff 2016). Moreover, the action plan associated with the company

relations by appropriately education various customers on various issues related to both medicine
and medical devices. Finally, the action plan aims towards scaling up the share of domestic
market to an approximated percentage of 50%.
Role played within the organization
My current role in the company is being the managing director of Human resource where
I am in charge of quite a number of operations taking place. Moreover, this has been a very
critical role that needs a lot of attention in order to attain most of the future goals in real time
(Hansen and Schaltegger 2016). As the managing director of human resource management, my
major role has been adequately recruiting and hiring various employees who have developed
specific skill sets in order to meet both the current and future goals associated with the whole
company (Formentini and Taticchi 2016). Moreover, I have also been tasked with quite a number
of roles that are associated with coordinating different types of employee benefits and even going
as far as suggesting various aspects of employee training together with development strategies.
Additionally, my department aims to help in the enactment of quite a number of contributions
and potential synergies that are known to be directed towards the overall intended plan. One of
the major contributions is to promote the entire organization structure in order to facilitate the
understanding of how various issues are accrued out. My department will also try as much as
possible to fully invest a god number of the company’s financial and human resources thus
developing an effective for of medication to each and every patient who is in need (Journeault
2016). Also, my department will try as much as possible to facilitate appropriate development
strictly aims towards implementing quite a number of packaging and transport solutions in order
