INTRODUCTION
Skills are generally all the aspects and the areas practise which are being managed and
identified by the individuals in order to manage and frame working and the efficiency to be
regulated in the people (Sood and Sarin, 2021). In order to manager the education system there is
been drawn that all the aspectual skills are important for management and systematic approach.
This report will cover and identify all the learning styles with general VARK Model. Further it
will also cover the preferred style used by the author and the type of learning elements.
TASK
Discuss the four types of learning styles included in VARK model :
VARK is an effective model which helps in managing and analysing all the students to
manage and enhance their learning applicabilities and also to make the easy approach in all the
learning areas. VARK model is being made in 1987 by Neil Fleming. As there is been seen that 4
different types of learning styles are been given which are being explained thereunder:
Auditory Learners- In all such learning the person generally focus on their ear senses
more and focus on listening all the content carefully and try to analyse and manage the
learning through it. All the students who opt such skills manages the tone of the speech
and also focus on the rate and the verbal content (Ouherrou and El Kafi, 2020). They also
try to manage the listening in all group activities in which they exchange the ideas with
one another. All such student generally prefer to exchange all the group discussion in
detailed manner and there is been seen that they in order to manage the deep learning
focus on reading the content loudly with repeatable and clear manner. In all such areas
there is been seen that the flip grid method to all the students. In order to manage the
learning they focus on the audio recordings, hearing in different responses for gaining the
answers and also making study podcast. In order to make the clear and proper
understanding in all such areas the students Also manage to have the telephonic
conversation with their guardians and the superior to know the meaning of the topic.
Visual learners- in all such learning there is been seen that the students focus on the
visual reading and learning and manage to have the diagrams, drawings and the different
clearly visible highlighting elements. All such students focus on learning from graphical
