VENANTIA TIFFANY – 20060706:
Introduction
The report brings out a discussion on Rydges resorts and how internal and external factors
affect it. This elaborates two major micro forces and macro forces, which affect business in
near future. Two micro factors will include threat and challenges (Weaknesses) faced by the
hospitality industry. Two macro factors will include political and technological factors, which
affect a company that is due to external and dynamic business environment. Further, after
identifying the challenges and several opportunities so that a business can implement and
achieve growth of business (Rastogi, & Trivedi, 2016).
Rydges resorts
Rydges hotels and resorts is a hotel hospitality and accommodation provider, which can
operate in New Zealand, London, England, and Australia. The company is the subsidiary
company of ASX listed hospitality and Entertainment Company, which own and operate
brands in leisure sector and hospitality sector. The company comprises of mid upscale hotel
for both visitors, holidaymakers, and corporate travellers. The residences of Rydges is nearly
211 apartments.
Two micro factors
Threats
Technological development through industry competitors as it pose a severe threat to the
event and entertainment industry (Rastogi, & Trivedi, 2016). If customers get attracted to its
competitor then it leads to decrease market share. With the change in customer taste, it keep
pressurizing organisation to meet the needs of the customers (Rastogi, & Trivedi, 2016). Rise
in costs of fuel has led to increase in input cost for event entertainment. Increasing promotion
on the part of competitors have become a threat to Redges hotels. As a result, there can be a

traffic on the websites. New technology (DJ technology) is made available and it can make
Djing easiest for any average person to grasp and learn. Redges resorts and hotel has loose
client base due to its service qualities (Rastogi, & Trivedi, 2016).
Changing music trends- it is important to note that there are several taxes imposed on songs,
trends, and production sang songs. Purchasing music is quite expensive so company`s music
library will cost money. Redges resort has to update its music, employ fresh talent and music
library, which will finally cost money by keeping it update with trends with necessary music,
downloads (Phadermrod, Crowder, & Wills, 2019).
Piracy and other more threatening factors drive the price of music up. The company should
record pools so that it can keep the cost minimal (Phadermrod, Crowder, & Wills, 2019).
Weaknesses
The company has limited market share rather than a great brand cell.
While evaluating the weaknesses of the Redges, it is seen that several European economies of
nation is among the Australia`s higher average trip expenditure, which is in deep. Trends for
growth in Australian economic is long lasting and it can serve people with employment, and
remove limited discretionary expenses (Bohari, Hin, & Fuad, 2017). The economic
conditions reveals that domestic business will grow but due to lower business confidence and
budget deficiency (Phadermrod, Crowder, & Wills, 2019). Event companies lack proper
planning in regards to cash flows, inappropriate unplanned loans, and liquidity issues for the
business operations (Bohari, Hin, & Fuad, 2017).

Two macro factors
PESTLE analysis will analyse the redges resorts so that each destination can be evaluated and
checked whether they are affected by distinct destination. This will benefit the organisation
while knowing and analysing the legalities of Australia.
Political factors- In order to making polices for the unemployed migrant workers, the
Australian government has asked to increase the tourism (Bohari, Hin, & Fuad, 2017). Each
destination can be identified so as it can avail procedure with no strategy for the development
plan and clear objective of aiming to make it a business destination (Phadermrod, Crowder, &
Wills, 2019). Australian tourism is considered will have consider the political instability and
keeps a control on the power where tourism industry keeps suffering due to ruling party and
its opposition. Australia is one of the important market for the MNCs offerings in Asia
pacific area (Bohari, Hin, & Fuad, 2017). The country hosts enhancing industry with stable,
base competitive costing, well educated, multi- language, strategic time zone, and political
environment with the excelled business environment. The country operates open, transparent,
and efficient legal framework (Bohari, Hin, & Fuad, 2017). Level of corruption has been
analysed in region such as US, UK, and other regional nations (Racz, Fozer, Nagy, Toth,
Haaz, Tarjani, & Deak, 2018). These types of result will attribute to the strong system of
balances and checks with highly honourable law enforcement system (Bohari, Hin, & Fuad,
2017).
Australia`s is stable, open, availing investors with high degree of certain environment, and
progressive (Bohari, Hin, & Fuad, 2017). Political system is examined to remain so effective
in responding to the challenges relating to economy and policy direction (Bohari, Hin, &
Fuad, 2017).
Economic factors

VENANTIA TIFFANY – 20060706:
There is a possibility that the Redges resorts could buy property, as the prices is higher in
relation to great demands for the rental properties. This demand is greater in major cities
where rental prices set it out to increase and make every purchase to let but to let market.
When increasing the population, it will lead to increase in income too and demand for the
housing outSpace can be increased Property (Bohari, Hin, & Fuad, 2017).
Recommendation
It is quite important to grab certain opportunities such as development of tourism and
hospitality industries will attract number of tourists in Australia. There is a limited
refurbishment and the investment that could occur in the regional areas and leading to
international dispersal with support. Outbound demand has been leading to lower load factors
in long term and short term leading to lower airfares and finally to improve inbound
competitiveness. Australian sector has been leading to grow economic value by improving
affordability, appealing, event, incentive, and price sensitivity. Travellers have exchanged
home currency Australian dollars with the possible shift and exchange of outbound demands
for the domestic destination. Event Company named as “redges event and entertainment”
helps to increase the footfall of the visitors leading to emerge as a brand name and it also
increases the revenue of the nation.
Conclusion
From the above discussion, it can be seen that Australian organisations have easy access to
these kinds of services and creating their market equity as their integral share. It will lead to
evaluation and material featuring. It also includes problem solving areas, which will include
investigation contaminants and with the material failures. The administration’s policy
emphasis was principally on the macro-economic rearrangement of the state’s budget away
