Further, after identifying the challenges and several opportunities so that a business can implement and achieve growth of business (Rastogi, & Trivedi, 2016). Rydges resorts Rydges hotels and resorts is a hotel hospitality and accommodation provider, which can operate in New Zealand, London, England, and Australia. The company is the subsidiary company of ASX listed hospitality and Entertainment Company, which own and operate brands in leisure sector and hospitality sector. The company comprises of mid upscale hotel for both visitors, holidaymakers, and corporate travellers. The residences of Rydges is nearly 211 apartments. Two micro factors Threats Technological development through industry competitors as it pose a severe threat to the event and entertainment industry (Rastogi, & Trivedi, 2016). If customers get attracted to its competitor then it leads to decrease market share.
