This research analyzes the transformation of workforce with the use of training in Versace company. It evaluates the impact of training on workforce transformation and the challenges faced by the company while enabling training for workforce. Recent research findings also build effective data findings, where challenges such as optimistic working efficacy further forms keen working engagement to be practically worked on.
