research but with the adoption of the quantitative method the research would be able to get
performed with the mode of making an analysis of the numeric facts and figures. With this
research I had developed the research skill and the communication skill. This research has also
helped me in developing the analytical skill through which I can make analysis of the data. This
would play an important role in my future with respect to performing the analysis in future.
While making my analysis I had understood that how with the aspect of use of research
methodology the research can be moved to the right direction in terms of making an attainment
of its objectives (Schnepfleitner and Ferreira, 2021). I have understood that how the aspect of
workforce transformation would play an important role in company in terms of making the

research I had developed the research skill and the communication skill. This research has also
helped me in developing the analytical skill through which I can make analysis of the data. This
would play an important role in my future with respect to performing the analysis in future.
While making my analysis I had understood that how with the aspect of use of research
methodology the research can be moved to the right direction in terms of making an attainment
of its objectives (Schnepfleitner and Ferreira, 2021). I have understood that how the aspect of
workforce transformation would play an important role in company in terms of making the

employees efficient with respect to learning of new skills and methods of performing the work so
that not only the work would be efficiently performed but at the same time they would also get
developed in terms of raised efficiency.
This research also helped me to know the aspect of training that how with the use of most
suitable training the workforce would be developed. I had understood the various mode of
training and its role from the perspective of organization. I had learned about the other mode of
collecting data like interviews and quantitative mode under which with the help of descriptive
mode the data would be analysed in more depth. This research also helped me to know the
details about the Versace company that how it makes operation of its work with respect to
meeting the need of its customers. This research enables to learn various skills and grab
knowledge along with identifying my weak points that is associated with the research.
Alternative research methods and lesson learned
The alternative method that can be used to make performance of research with respect to the
above research would be quantitative method under which with the aspect of making an analysis

this would include a direct interaction between the concerned personnel which would play an
important role in research in terms of making an in-depth analysis.
The lesson learned from the above research would include the learning of various skill that
may include the research skill, communication, analytical, presentation and various other lesson.
Along with that learning the deep knowledge regarding the company and the aspect of training in
association with the workforce transformation is learned and developed. This means the aspect
that are related with the workforce transformation along with its importance is learned as per this
research. Through this research it is also understood that how the training would assist the
transformation in the workforce and how it is being used by the companies in order to make an
execution of workforce transformation. The above research also develops the knowledge

of changes that positively and negatively impact on growth and expansion of firm. So,
companies by making changes in their workplaces as per situation and circumstances can
achieved its goals in most effective manner. At the same time, it can be concluded that manager
make use of different strategies or set of action to bring workplace transformation likewise it
uses of different motivational techniques. Such as providing good wages healthy environment
and training so that they are ready to make optimum use of their available skills and capabilities
to stay ahead in competition.
