There are various activities carried out under the operations management including; integrations
of companies, supply chains, logistics and daily businesses activities just to mention a few.
Indeed these activities enable various industries in meeting the end user whereby, firms are
conscious in providing quality products and at an affordable price. Additionally, firms focus on
manufacturing and designing products corresponding to the consumer’s orders thus, industries
are flexible enough to make on time deliveries and also reduce waste on the products. Besides
businesses are competitive thus, the operations activities enable firms in deploying sustainable
and innovative practices for survival and also develop a competitive advantage. Thus, it is
essential for the companies to be customers focusing, while manufacturing their products for
sustainability and for profits purposes.

power. Hafiz and Abdennour( 2015). Therefore, vestas is a global energy company which
partners with the sustainable energy solutions to meet the satisfaction of the end user.
Focusing on the Sustainable Energy Solutions (SES); it is a company that evolves innovative
solutions that are helpful in solving sustainability problems within the energy firm. According to
Rahman et al. (2017) the company has developed a technological Cryogenic Carbon Capture
(CCC) which helps in waste reduction from fossil fuels and also boosts the use of recurrent
renewable via scale energy scale storage.
Thus vestas company in partnership with the sustainable energy solution offer various activities
including: design the wind turbines products according to the customers’ demands thus, reduce
the production cost and save more time and resources. Besides the company offer global services
and manufactures quality wind turbines products while installing them.
Indeed, Vestas is the leading energy company across the world whereby, the firm have installed
more wind power in various countries compared to other energy companies. Notably, the
company is flexible enough since it has serviced the wind turbines and has also developed the
smart data capabilities which helps in interpreting the company’s data, predictions, and utilize
wind resources thus deliver on time and quality wind power solutions Lund et al. (2017).
Furthermore, the company is looking forward in creating optimal sustainable energy solutions as
