Objective
To explore the facilities of Victoria park swimming pool for swimmers in Hong
Kong.
To identify the factors that make swimmers satisfied towards the swimming
pool.
To examine level of customer satisfaction in Victoria Swimming pool.
To examine relationship between service facilities and satisfaction level of
swimmers regarding Victoria park swimming pool Hong Kong.
To suggest ways to improve services of Victoria swimming pool.
Limitation of the study
Research may get face some limitation during the
investigation. The main limitation that might get faced by individual
is related with the financial resources. Victoria park of Hong Kong
is the biggest and popular place so due to lack of financial resources
individual will not be able to conduct a study on such the biggest
place. Furthermore, getting permission from the respondent for the
swimming pool, customers satisfaction level would not be easy for
the scholar. Results of whole investigation might not be generalized.
Researcher has not used thematic approach answer has not
personally asked questions with the answers.
Main findings
From the results it is analysed that indoor facilities has connection with life
saving equipments. Management needs to take care of its indoor facilities so
that it can keep protected to its swimmers. Time of coming swimmers in a week
and heating pool during the winter has strong relationship.
it is analysed that gender does not impact on the satisfaction level, whether it is
male or female they always want quality services and best facilities. If Victoria
pool of Hong Kong offer them quality services and accessibility then they will
take more interest in the club and will come to this place frequently. But if pool
is not offering them good services and facilities then it would be difficult for the
customers to chose this pool. After that they will move to other clubs and they
will swim there.
Future research
Mixed method approach can be used to get more
authentic results.
Researcher may focus more attention on affecting factors
and issue arise in swimming pool.
