<< The purpose of the proposal is to determine the issues and barriers faced by the business
organization with respect to their employees with regards to the decisions taken by the management
of the organization. The proposal discusses about the implementation of the use of use of video
conferencing for the purpose of carrying out organizational meetings and ensuring a smooth operating
of the business. It has been determined the team leader of an operational group within an organization
had to face certain issues within the company. The sources of information which led to the
development of the proposal were two employees who directly reported to the team leader of the
operations group within the organization (Mahmood, Khan, and Khan, 2019). The issues faced by the
employees included restricted monthly allowance of data as video conferencing consumes a high
amount of data and it will consumes their whole data plan for the same and then they will have to incur
extra expenses for the purpose of carrying out any personal activity and recharge with new data plans.
In order to address the issue of the employees within the organization, the present issue should be
discussed with certain people with high and influential position within the organization in order to ask
for their feedbacks and address the issues faced by them. The present issue should be presented to
the management of the enterprise, human resources of the company, workforce itself and the finance
departments. Their feedbacks will be helpful in resolving the issue with the video conferencing. The
major issue faced by the employees was the data consumption of the workforce due to the use of
video conferencing within the organization and other issues of the company involved lack of
coordination between the employees of the company, restricted amount of budgets, and lastly lack of
effective communication between the workforce for the purpose of enhancing the workplace
pract9ices. The decisions and suggestions in order to address these issues included enhanced
planning and prioritising, changing the budgets of the organization and lastly, eliminating the
interruptions which affects the performance of the employees working within the company (Masud, and
Daud, 2019). These decisions have been made as the planning will the employees in identifying the
work that needs to be carried out in advance and work on it effectively. Considering the budget and
increasing it by a certain amount will help the company in satisfying the employees and thus, motivate
them to work hard for the betterment of the organization and attainment of the goals of the company.
And, lastly, the elimination of interruption will help the organization in bringing efficiency and
effectiveness within the work carried out by the employees.
I think I need to develop analytical skills and creative thinking skills within myself in order to
improve my organizational performance by increasing the efficiency of the decisions that I make. the
analytical skills will help me in determining the areas where there is a need to implement change for
the benefits of the organization and creative thinking skills will help me determining how the issues
that the organization is facing at a point of time can be addressed by innovative solutions within the
