Crowdsourcing is strengthened by the improvement in the technologies, internet, and the advance media. Crowdsourcing can be used in various industries and business organizations through all levels. The crowdsourcing process can enable the business organization to achieve different targets and dreams such as reduction of business operations costs, presents new ideas and estimates, improves the customer relations, the creation of the new customer and market, and optimization of roles and responsibilities (Zhao et al 2014). In this case, the industry where the crowdsourcing has been applying in various levels of thebusiness which the insurance company (Shamir, Yerby, Simpson, von Benda-Beckmann, Tyack,Samarra, & Wallin, 2014). The insurance industry is the collection of companies or organization that offers protection against any kind of loss related to the something of value. Insurance is a type of management of risks that are used to protect against the risk of an event that possible but not certain to occur. The insurance company indifferent circumstances can be known as the insurer.Crowdsourcing can be applied in the Insurance industry to make data analysis and execution of security standards to ensure that personal information is secured against any unauthorized access, ensure that any kind of fraud is detected prior the attack, data standardization and classifications in the management of the insurance industry. Solutions provided by the crowdsourcing cam enable the industry to ensure the security of highest standards to the personal and the organizational information (Lin, Abrahao, Kleinberg, Lui, & Chen, 2014).
