INTRODUCTION
International management is the term referring to the management process of the business
operations of the firm in the different countries (Fatehi, and Choi, 2019). This is the process of
managing the business in more than one country by facilitating the management operations and
various business activities. The report based on the international management of the consultancy
firms and how the 82 percent of the teams fail to short their goals and how only 33 percent of the
team relate themselves to be unsuccesful will be including the reflection based on study
conducted in the task one and then the report will be showing about the critical analysation in
between the factors that are affecting the virtual team operations and the factors that are
influencing the success of the workers.

Presentation reflection report:
The presentation of part 1 determined that what all is being done by the international
businesses and consulting firms in the business environment. Based on that particular
presentation, I have learnt that what all are the major effects of regional cultural issues on the
corporate business firms. It is understood by me that in what ways the global business is likely to
get impacted by the cultural differences and how can the organizational hierarchy adapts to the
change initiated through them. In the case of this consulting company, the natural cultural
differences affect the individual as well as the whole cultural system simultaneously (Bjerkvik.
and Hilli. 2019). I even came to know that with this effect on the whole system, the leadership
styles, decision-making processes, and other managerial functions are also the part of the overall
operational activities if there are any impacts in the organization. They get influenced by the
national policies such as labour laws, industrial relations, etc. that are mainly concerned with the
public and general interest.
According to my understanding of the presentation, to operate in the global market
efficiently, it is important for the company to grasp the concept of real diversification not only in
the form of technologies and market implications, but also about the regional cultural differences
to which the firm might be prone to (Gorski. and Dalton. 2020). It was also understood by me
that these cultural differences when are not understood properly, can lead to uncertainties like,

business failures, bankruptcy, etc. These factors have a great implications on the increasing
globalisation and its related constituents in carrying out of the international global marketing
activities (Yeh. 2018). In order for the firm to manage its operations in today's modern business
environment, it is essential to learn from the past experiences and adopt a particular perspective
about all the problems and their causes to effectively carry out the operational activities in the
global environment. For the consulting company, development in communication and interaction
abilities of the firm have to play a significant role in identifying what all are the related problems
to the business operations and how effectively those problems and errors can be identified and
analysed to eradicate them in the course of action.
Some of the major issues identified by me are related to the adaptation techniques of the
business models and the attached regional and cultural differences to it. The companies fail to
understand that how the local business practices and new opportunities to business growth can be
utilized to further impact the global business environment techniques that are being modified to
reflect on its activities (Corvellec. and et.al., 2020). Moreover in relation to these, individualism
and collectivism culture is also a point of concern when it comes to the groups in an
organization. It has to be clearly defined by the company as to adopt which culture that can
instruct the business owners to effectively become dynamic with the view to accomplish the
required outcomes. According to the presentation, there are three countries represented in
relation with the Hofstede's cultural dimensions that were also learnt by me in which there are
mentioned different organization culture. In China and South Africa, the masculine image is
highly given preference to in comparison to the female workers while in the case of France, the
female operators of the activities are more preferred in the organization. From this, I was
able to derive the fact that there is a collective approach being prevailing in accordance with the
regional cultural requirement (HOFSTEDE'S CULTURAL DIMENSIONS. 2022).
In the process of carrying out operational activities in an organization for France, it is
important for the firm to include the equality and diversity form both males and females to
efficiently promote the regional and cultural attributes to achieve overall business goals and
objectives. For China, where team work and collaboration activities should be prevailed in order
to successfully transit from the regional and cultural issues. For South Africa, individualism
strategies can be adopted because of high inequality differences between males and females.
From this statistics, I have understood that the head offices of all the countries should mainly
