INTRODUCTION
Background
In the modern working environment, the technology plays a crucial role within the
working of the person and the related aspect. This is very necessary for the reason that in case
the people will not be complying with the latest technology then it will be affecting the
efficiency and way of living of the person. With regards to this, the technology in the beauty and
wellness industry as well. this is pertaining to the fact that currently the people have become
more conscious relating to the way they appear and look and this will be affecting the standard of
living as well. Hence, for this the use of technology is increasing within the beauty industry as
well. For this reason, the MAC company is being used in doing the research. the company deals
in American cosmetic manufacturing using being headquartered in New York. The company was
founded in 1984 by Frank Toskan and Frank Angelo and deals in wide range of beauty and
makeup products. The current study will be outlining the fact that how the technology improves
the makeup industry and the products in better and effective manner.

Case study, MAC a big brand and well known to most consumers.

Examining and achieving the goal by attracting attention and targeting the desired

Rationale
In the current highly competitive environment the people have become conscious relating
to their appearance and looking. This is because of the reason that when the person works in the
corporate culture then there are many different types of the people working together. Hence, for
this is the very necessary for the person to look good and attractive.
LITERATURE REVIEW
Theme 1: The goal by attracting attention and targeting the desired audience
In the views of Alcañiz, Bigné and Guixeres (2019) virtual technology is having
digitally replicated version used by firm for conducting effectual marketing activities. There are
different form of the objectives of organization which is basically accomplished by the firm in
turn significant analysis to get proper ability to make decision can become possible. It can be
interpreted that firm can achieve the various form of objectives by spreading the clear
information regarding offered products. It tends to get the significant trustworthiness among the
participants so that attaining appropriator pattern of higher attracting of customers can become
possible.
On the other side, Grudzewski . and et.al., (2018) depicted that for targeting the desired
audience the one of the crucial goal of firm is to have higher market share. It can make firm
processing complex if it is not having clarity of the targeted audience so that significant
processing in turn profitability get impacted. The one of the goal of the attracting customers via
using marketing technique in virtual form in turn accomplishing goal of reducing cost so that
higher profitability in turn can be done. There are various benefits of virtual technology which
helps the firm to get significant profitability, declining of cost, greater efficiency, etc. which
allows the firm to achieve to organizational goals in precise and accurate pattern.

According to Oncioiu and Priescu (2022) there are several roles which are played by
virtual technology that ensures that firm is obtaining higher quality and performance. In the
current era, having appropriate level of quality is crucial so that achieving relevant performance
in market can be done. It ensures that proper presentation of the organizational performance can
be done so that accomplishing the appropriate ability to reflect competitiveness can become
possible. It allows to recognize the lacking areas so that taking relevant improvement actions can

for enterprise.

negatively impact working procedure of firm that includes complying with budget so that
meeting the quality performance can not become possible. The main reason behind this is that
having effectual information by offering the marketing technique that is useful in complying wit
ethical requirements of industry so that achieving relevant approach become difficult due to
higher cost. Measuring the performance of market as well cannot be done properly due to
improper formulation of objectives that makes difficult to recognize corrective direction of
growth & development which affect in negative performance.

accomplishing the objectives of particular study in effective manner can become possible.
Qualitative research is related with having the gathering of theoretical information via focusing
on models, frameworks, etc. On the other side, quantitative study is associated with having data
which is numerical and fact based so that attaining structured pattern can become possible. In
the current research, the emphasis has been provided on a using the qualitative study so that
proper information to meet the objectives such as role of virtual technology in improving quality
and providing a wide range of customers, complex product challenges, etc. in addition to this,
the current stuyd is qualitative so inductive approach and interpretativism philosophy has been
taken into practice.
Researcher instrument-
Data collection is one of the significant aspects which is having the proper information
which can help in attaining the significant information to get the appropriate accomplishing the
objectives can become possible in the current stud the emphasis has been provided on collecting
the data via primary and secondary insights in turn meeting the objectives can become possible.
In the secondary the use of article, journals and books has been taken into the procedure so that
attaining proper information to get higher ability to meet objectives. In primary the survey
method for spreading the questionnaire in order to get reliable reviews and views of particular
selected sampling.
Sampling strategy-
In the primary method the emphasis has been provided on accomplishing the objectives
of gaining information from the respondents who are make artists over 18. In this study the
emphasis has been provided to get the insights from the chosen targeted audience through online
platform by accessing the private link.
Data analysis-
it is important for the researcher to pay attention on having effective evaluation of the
data so that attaining the objective can be possible (Dluhopolskyi and et.al., 2021). For the
recent investigation there are two method available which involves thematic analysis and SPSS
so that significant evaluation can be obtained. The present study is based on qualitative research
so that accomplishing the objectives by using thematic test technique in turn significant
information can become possible.
