Tourism industry is also defined as travel industry which is mainly associated to idea of
people travelling from one location to other, internationally or domestically for business, leisure
or social purpose. It is however closely related to hospitality and transport industry those who are
engage in the operations of keeping their tourist or consumers happy by offering them high
quality as well as enchanting services (Shen, Sotiriadis and Zhou, 2020). In simple words
tourism industry conducts operations related to individual short-term movement from one
location to other. It is world’s largest Industry that is driving many nation economy of scale at
great extent. This industry involve many sectors like hotel, transport or other additional
industries those who attract large number of visitors from different geographical location in order
to earn money, providing job opportunities and improving relationship between one nation or
estate to other.

make improvement in relationship between one country, nation or state with others, along with
offering number of opportunities in terms of employment that also enhance currency value. This
industry welcomes cultural exchange opportunities by providing consumers best effective
services according to their needs and demand (Hopkins, 2020). However it has been identified
that there are many current issues at tourism industry which is facing by them in which some of
the certain issues are, maintenance of different destinations sustainable tourism development in
order to have responsible nature towards natural, social and cultural resources, major concern
related to security and safety, impact on travel and tourism from political, human, health issues
and natural disasters and more. In order to overcome all the current issues in tourism and
understand transformation impact upon tourism operations technology play key essential role
that not only provide easy and flexible advantages but also allow entities operating their services
in tourism sector to ensure continuous profitable earnings along with having positive behaviour
towards sustainable tourism practices.

want to have less crowded place as overcrowded tourist spots are unsatisfying individuals
