1. Introduction:
The paper is organized for the real estate company named as “ACL REALITY”. The
organization looks forward in collecting details of market analysis and requirement of the
customers to upgrade their system functionality accordingly. The company has self-managed
data centre which is the collection of Active Directory Domain controller, Window Server
2008, SQL server 2003, Window server 2003 with 4GB RAM, Exchange 2007 email server,
REnet Client property, CRM application server, 2 RED Hat Linux server, Apache and
Tomcat server with 8 GHz capability. The Owner of the company are advised to transform
their physical server system with virtualization for getting efficiency in the operational
program of the enterprise. In this paper, we are proposing the virtualization techniques for the
transformation of traditional system of data centre.
2. Discussion
Role of virtualization in managing the current data centre of the company
The implication of virtualization in the ACL organization helps in providing the centralize
data centre. The cost incurred on the management of IT resources can be minimised by
exploring the sharing of data server between the participating units for retrieving the relevant
information without creating the problem of congestion (Bari, Boutaba, Esteves, Granville,
Podlesney, Rabbani, Zhang, and Zhani, 2013).
Requirement for implementation of virtualization in the data centre
The cloud computing technologies should be implied in the working data centre of the ACL
technologies (Janson, 2015). The virtualization of the data servers can be effectively done by
indulging the “Infrastructure As A service cloud model” in the operational plan of data centre
management system. The infrastructure as a service model is effective managing the
operational functional units of the data centre in effective manner which are Active Directory
Domain controller, Window Server 2008, SQL server 2003, Window server 2003 with 4GB
RAM, Exchange 2007 email server, REnet Client property, CRM application server, 2 RED
Hat Linux server, Apache and Tomcat server with 8 GHz capability (Delft University of
Technology, 2010).

Example of an Organization
The virtualization helps in sharing of Windows and Linux server on the different hardware
according to the requirement placed by the participating units to get the relevant data of
market analysis of real estate and customer requirement specification (Kumar and Charu,
2014). The encapsulation of the virtual machine on the data server helps in managing the
application effectively. The layer of abstraction is created between the storage unit and the
application for storing large data set on cloud environment. The operating server can be shift
according to the hardware unit used for performing operation.
Key attributes of VM
The increasing complexity of server management at the data centre can be effectively solved
with the implementation of virtualization program. Host based back up management system
helps in management of physical server effectively. The five key attributes which are relevant
for the organization to transform their data centre with virtualization techniques are
Simple Configuration
Application Management
Salability
Justification for Key attributes of VM
Simple configuration of VM helps in managing the daily operational program of handling
backup support for getting information related to the customer demand effectively and
efficiently. The APIs of the virtual machine enhances the customer relationship management
program.
Every application is provided with the backup support for storing the relevant information.
The index file is associated with the virtual machine which carries the information related to
the memory and required file asked by the participating unit.
The business operation can be expandable according to the requirement of market trends. The
new market trends can be initiated in the virtual machine for enhancing affordability which
was not accessible by the older physical unit of the ACL Reality Organization.

Consideration in using VM as a Server and its importance
HyperVisor technology is efficient for running the window server 2008 platform and Linux
ReNet server . It is the cost effective solution ti the virtualization of the IT resources. Hyper-
V is efficient in accessing the physical hardware. The virtual server 2005 is the host operating
system for window server 2003. Hyper-V server 2008 is used for handling GUI based
application of window server 2008 for managing active directory control procedures
(TrendMicro, 2015). 32 GB RAM is sufficient for handling the functionality of the virtual
machine with the use of Hyper-V. License is required for installing the HyperV on operating
system of the enterprise such as ctive Directory Domain controller, Window Server 2008,
SQL server 2003, Window server 2003 with 4GB RAM, Exchange 2007 email server, REnet
Client property, CRM application server, 2 RED Hat Linux server, Apache and Tomcat
server with 8 GHz capability.
Difference Between Virtual Appliance and Vapp
The pre-configuration of the virtual machine can be effectively done by using the Hyper-V
for broadcasting the software services and application on the virtual machine. It is applicable
to the pre-built unit for exploring the operational application of the software.
vApp is the pre-configuration which are implemented in the operational working of the
operating system. The different operating system which are used by the company such as red
hat Linux, window server 2008 and 2003, and others provides their wide range of vApp for
supporting the functionality of the business operation (Sharma, 2015).
Upgrading of ReNet Client Property and CRM application
The collaboration of the virtualization with the ReNet Client Property and customer
relationship management program provides an effective platform for sharing of information
to get specific knowledge about the market trends in the real estate policies opted by the
market competitors of the ACL Reality company. The better services can be provided to the
customers by exploring the sale of property with the rough analysis of the market price. The
sale of the properties can be raised with the effective marketing research on the price to give
best and the affordable price of the property to the customers. Direct links should be provided
for gathering details of property.
Advantages and Disadvantages of VM:
The operating capability of the data centre can improved with the implementation of
virtualization in the business premises (Oguchi and Yamamoto, 2017). The virtualization of

the networking program and storage devices helps in storing and managing large amount of
data set gathers for getting relevant information of customers requirement and feedback and
analysis of the market price and location of the real estate property. The digitization of the
operational premises of the company increases the affordability of managing the servers at
the data centre for easy retrieval of information according to the requirement of the
participating units (Mateen and Waheed, 2016). It is effective in providing centralised system
for the various servers and operating system of the enterprise. It helps in bringing
transparency in the operational plan of the enterprise.
The high consumption of RAM is the major disadvantage of supporting virtualization in the
business premises. Large amount of disk space is required for every operating system
implemented in the organization for handling task.
3. Conclusion:
The complexity of the ACL reality Enterprise at the data centre can be effectively resolved
with the implementation of virtualization in the operational plan of the enterprise. The
analysis of the market and customer requirement through the effective CRM helps in
increasing satisfaction level of the customers to get effective services by the enterprise.
