After conducting analysis of primary data it is analysed that:
• Ai implementation and development is beneficial for Visa
• Visa can improve responsiveness, speed, consumer service and remote expansion with AI
• Cyber security and installation challenges can affect implementation of I at Visa
• Visa needs to provide employees better training to ensure that they are able to implement AI successfully
Conclusion
It is concluded that development of AI is
beneficial for businesses in financial sector and
can support their expansion. It has been
determined that in recent times, almost all big
organisation adopted along with implemented AI
technology in their operations for increasing the
effectiveness of their services. It is also seen that
AI has great future and role in the development of
industry which enable employees to provide better
quality services to meet needs and desired
outcomes of customers.

it can be used by Visa to attain success in business
endeavours and perform remote expansion.
Quantitative research with usage of Survey on 30
participants is completed for this investigation.
