Visionary Leaders can easily bring a huge number of changes by complete designing of
new future for the organization instead of setting up organizational improvement. Generic group
stands out to be a technology incubator whose come vision was changing intangible into a
tangible (Zhou et al. 2018). Generic group comes up with a design approach and vision which
has been created and implemented by an individual who highlights clarity. Also, this also focuses
on judgment, commitment to overall success. A person who can easily stand apart from all the
others.
Dreams were considered to be an excellent picture of the upcoming day. But if it is a
wish, then difference in between dream and vision. The vision is just a dream on steroids, it is
the dream with real-meaning and purpose (Ateş et al. 2018). The main target is all about
motivating the individual; it is the main reason behind the individual. It is the main thing which
keep the individual going. Whether an individual remember the dream or not. It acts like the
natural way which acts like a window into the unconscious mind (McDougall and Coleman
2018). The point should be noted that dreams are images, sound, voice, and subjective sensation
for possible resolution and concern. It comes up with unlimited possible experiences that can
change the mind which an individual can imagine.
It does not mean that in the morning, when an individual gets up and decides to change
dream into action. Without being clear of the purpose, it merely motivates an individual who the
main reason is being clear on this (Kadir, Adebayo and Abayomi 2020). It is very much
important to complete the dream just by remaining a dream. It is very much vital to understand
the things motivate the individual.
