efficiently. Further, the visitors types, impacts and tourism motivation theories are studied in
detail. Moreover, the issues which are affecting the development process in tourism are stated
and the ways to overcome them are been discussed. In the end, the application of management
techniques and its impact on sustainability are studied in the current report.
