INTRODUCTION
Management of attracting visitors is an important component of travel and tourism
industry. They are providing some of the basic facilities such as travel and tourism interests,
enjoyment, excitements, etc. as they are satisfied with the needs of their customers and adding
value to their consumers. It is important to attract visitors at a large numbers through places .
Increasing large number of customers will give rise in country’s economy. Various government
and agencies of every country provide focus on major issues or providing them various kinds of
services for improving the condition of economy of country by earning foreign exchange. In this
report, they had discussed about importance of various destination for customers attraction also
mentioned needs and motives which impact visitors to a particular place such as The National

properly analysing the needs and wants of different peoples through which manager of tourist
can attract customers at a large number through destinations. They have also discussed about the

which attract, places where they are going to visit, which should be clean and attracting features
so it can enhance the quality of journey for a visiting customers or traveller. The agencies of

and Laesser, 2014). Every nation is having places which attract customers in large numbers but
some get failed in attracting high number of people such as places like London Eye, Eden
project and Thorpe park are help in attracting customers at a time. Decisions of customers for
visiting to a particular place depend on large number of factors. It includes visitor’s demand,

needs, wants, level of income and many more. Individuals are having different personalities and
thinking which affect their decisions for which places they have to visit in their travel. Gender
and age is also one of major factor which impact on buying decisions of customers. For
example: people of younger age group will prefer visiting adventurous places, aged people or
can say old person will prefer visiting religious places and temples. Tourism consultant has to
address different needs of visitors for attracting customers at various places. National, man-
made and other historical destination mainly attract visitors towards these kinds of places.
Historical places are attracted towards those customers who are having interest on knowing of
