INTRODUCTIONManagement of attracting visitors is an important component of travel and tourismindustry. They are providing some of the basic facilities such as travel and tourism interests,enjoyment, excitements, etc. as they are satisfied with the needs of their customers and addingvalue to their consumers. It is important to attract visitors at a large numbers through places .Increasing large number of customers will give rise in country’s economy. Various governmentand agencies of every country provide focus on major issues or providing them various kinds ofservices for improving the condition of economy of country by earning foreign exchange. In thisreport, they had discussed about importance of various destination for customers attraction alsomentioned needs and motives which impact visitors to a particular place such as The NationalMaritime Museum, British Museum and The Queen's House (Barros, C.P and et. al., 2011). Byproperly analysing the needs and wants of different peoples through which manager of touristcan attract customers at a large number through destinations. They have also discussed about theissues involved in managing visitor’s attraction and various strategies. The agencies oftourism should be well maintained for rendering better facilities at the places (Beritelli, Biegerand Laesser, 2014). Every nation is having places which attract customers in large numbers butsome get failed in attracting high number of people such as places like London Eye, Edenproject and Thorpe park are help in attracting customers at a time. Decisions of customers forvisiting to a particular place depend on large number of factors. It includes visitor’s demand,1

needs, wants, level of income and many more. Individuals are having different personalities andthinking which affect their decisions for which places they have to visit in their travel. Genderand age is also one of major factor which impact on buying decisions of customers. Forexample: people of younger age group will prefer visiting adventurous places, aged people orcan say old person will prefer visiting religious places and temples. Tourism consultant has toaddress different needs of visitors for attracting customers at various places. National, man-made and other historical destination mainly attract visitors towards these kinds of places.Historical places are attracted towards those customers who are having interest on knowing ofpast life or history of a specific place or event. Religion and temple attract the aged peoples.Man-made places are attracted by those visitors who are having curiosity, interest and learningwhich are new like as The National Maritime Museum, British Museum and The Queen'sHouse or customers have to enjoy or join special events.(Source:Queen House, 2017)Decisions of customers affect various kinds of factors such as customer’s needs, beliefs andtheir behaviours (Cellini, 2011). Needs are analysed and desire of an different people this waytourist consultant managers can attract customers at a large numbers to a particular places byusing different methods of advertising. Only using method of advertising is not sufficient forattracting visitors towards their consultancy of tourism.
