Introduction
Tourism industry has registered a high growth rate in last
few years due to more investment by government and
support of stakeholders.
It is contributing to economy and generating more income
for government which is directly going into funding social
programs for welfare of people.
In this presentation various issues that are engaged in
developing better visitor attraction are stated.

Visit Britain is a national agency concerned with travel and
tourism activities in United Kingdom.

Process and Potential Issues in The
Development of Visitor Attractions
The tourism sector has huge scope of growth which is
boosted by more investment coming from governments.
As individuals have more money to spend in these activities
also the available time of leisure is more.
Due to these factors museums and various other attraction
sites have to follow a process that allows them in serving
travellers as per their needs.

There are certain issues that needs to be addressed. These
challenges hinders growth in development of visitor
attraction.

Natural Disaster
These are the events which impacts UK in some major
ways. Hurricanes and cyclones are constantly abrupting the
life of people.
These disaster impact VAM in a extensive manner.

Funding
In case of lack of funding
whole tourism industry will
suffer. Government and
National agencies need to
ensure that each program is
well funded. So that, better
facilities can be developed.

Stakeholders
These are the parties which are
directly involved in different
process and functions. They are
the one who need to support as
to enhance the effectiveness of
process.

Solution
To sort out different issues in a effective manner certain
activities need to be conducted. These will be be
integrated in core process:
 Local Community Involvement;
 Crowd Management;
 Recruitment and Training

Conclusion
Visitor attraction has to be done while analysing different
factors and process. This will allow agencies in effectively
managing flow of visitors and boosting profitability.
Today, they need to partner with more private and voluntary
organisation to boost their level of influence and reduce
impact of any issues on visitor attraction.
