maintaining its concentration on core business functions that is visitors attraction management
due to increase in competition within an industry (Mchunu and Theron, 2018. ). In addition to
this, tour and travel company in UK and South Africa are facing the issues in adjusting their
Quality standards according to the state of environment. Due to continuous changes in the
weather conditions, many of enterprises in travel and tourism sector is facing the issues in
providing the good experience to customers constantly which has lead to the high level of
dissatisfaction in customers. In addition to this, it is the factor which has lead to the great decline
