INTRODUCTION
For hospitality industry organisations it is important to conduct their activities in effective
manner so that it will result in attracting visitors. There are several activities which have to be
conduct by an organisation for attracting visitors such as offering discounts, providing attractive
offers and many more (Dewhurst and et.al., 2014). This report is based on London and partners
which is an official promotional organisation of London. Motive behind working of this
organisation is to promote as well as attract people from international level towards London. In
this report, discussion will be conducted for identifying importance of attracting visitors, its
scope and scale of respective industry. Along with this, type of visitor will be explained with
their impact and actions to motivate them as well methods also mention which help in enhancing
visitors attraction. In addition to this, discussion will be conducted related to application of
visitors management techniques along with its impact on sustainability.

attraction
In every nation there are several places that attract visitors as well as encourage tourism.
Within this, government bodies of particular nation also make several efforts which result in
attracting tourist because such practices will result in increasing GDP rate as well as
development of economy (Brown, Smith and Assaker, 2016). At particular, country have several
location that attract visitors some of them are as follows :- Natural category – These places build naturally and help in attracting tourist for visiting
such places. Natural category places include mountains, hills, culture, climate and so on.
In London, Epping forest is place which build naturally and now result in attracting
tourist as well it is an ancient woodland forest which is located in 19 Km at north south
direction. There are several leisure activities conducted within respective forest which
attract tourist such as mountain biking, horse riding, walking in beautiful forest etc.. Build Category – It include such places which are constructed for attracting visitors as
well numerous year are taken by government bodies and other companies for designing
such places. In London, their also such place i.e., cantilevered observation wheel
established at south bank of Thames River which capture eye of tourist and help in

increasing number visitors. Respective place is largest cantilevered observation wheel at
global level as well as it is most attractive place for tourist who are visiting London,
United Kingdom. It is approximately 135 metres tall as well as wheel diameter is 120
metre.
Build for another purpose category – Such places are constructed for use but now they
become major source of attracting tourist. There are several places in London which build
for another purpose category but now become centre of tourism attraction such as South
Bank Centre which is famous for complex of artistic venture (Newsome, Moore and
Dowling, 2012). This is largest centre of art that involve artist from various areas like
music, dance drama, literature, painting and many more.
All the above mention sources will help in attracting tourist at London as well as
motivate them for visiting particular places which result in economy development.

upon economic growth
In economy of an country tourism and tourist both play important role as they result in
generating employment for local, national as well as international level people. In London, there
are several place that assist in developing economy explanation of them are as follows :-
London Eye – It is Ferris wheel situated at Lambeth, London as well its construction was
started in 1998 and completed in 2000. Ferris Wheel get award for its design in 2001 and
overall construction cost of the same is £ 70 million as well as it is owned by Merlin
Entertainments. Hight of respective wheel is 135 metres and diameter is 120 metres. But
it attract numerous tourist because of their hight and location.
South bank Centre – This tourist place is popular for their artistic venture situated at
London, England. South bank centre is also situated at Thames River which is in between

caste, religion, age and several other aspects. Such people have different requirement for
visiting particular place (Hassan, 2013). Like, youngster have distinct perspective of

with host community. Sometimes there are few visitors who don't respect
ethics and culture of particular nation as well as make fun of them which
