specifications are adhered to before
proceeding to the processing stage.
It employs a financing system to
enable the clients to make their
payments through credit cards.
Output system
At this point, processing has been
done, and the processed food items
are ready for delivery. Entenmann
has an online app where customers
make their orders and deliveries are
made up to their doorstep.
Production systems
The Entenmann Company has
three production systems in the
entire processing of its baked
foods. They include; input
processing system, processing
system and output processing
system.
Processing system
After the right raw materials
have been mixed at the right
quantity, all the ingredients are
subjected to the machine, which
will process them under
monitored conditions.
Internal risks
Entenmann Company is likely to face
internal risks such as employees strike,
incompetence of the staff, dishonesty
employees and accidents as well as
injuries of employees. These risks
hamper the performance and production
level of the company, thus reducing
revenue and profits. Technology failure
poses a risk to the performance of the
company too.
External Risks
External threats are forces from outside Entenmann Company that affect the
performance of the company. These include political risk where government policies
may impact the company operations negatively or positively. Economic risk entails
changes in the market conditions which may also impact either negatively or positively
the production of food items. Taxes, import duty as well as tariffs imposed by the
government may increase the expenses or lower them. Natural risks like earthquakes
may destroy the property or cause people to relocate for a certain period, thereby
paralyzing the business.
