1 STRATEGY FORMULATION AND BUSINESS DECISION Production and Operations of Vodafone Albania: Vodafone Albania has been pivotal in the expansion of lucid and high quality telecommunications services across the world. The company has been at the helm of the telecommunications industry for more than a decade (Jica 2013). Today, it has expanded in various sectionsof the telecommunicationsindustry and has enabled the company in providing various kinds of products and services such as smartphones, Vodafone branded headsets, handsets, voice and messaging services and many other services. 2 STRATEGY FORMULATION AND BUSINESS DECISION (Source: Vodafone.al 2018) The company credits its growth rate over the past couple of years, on these two key areas of the business: Volume: Volume of work is one of the most effective strategies in ensuring better performance from one of the largest cellular companies in the world. Each section of the company has some individual work, and these works depend on the subjects undertaken. There is always information flow between them, by focusing on their volume of operations. Mobile data was at 63%, addition of group broadband was at 1.3m and 2.1% service revenue growth (Vodafone.al. 2018). Variety: The Company focuses on variety of services and has not limited its operations in just one product or service. The company has found the next big thing in mobile internet data, as a result of which has introduced various hi-tech internet services such as 4g networks and connections. This has led to at least 51% average customer data usage (Sinaj and Leka 2014).
3 STRATEGY FORMULATION AND BUSINESS DECISION Through these steps, infrastructure and way of functioning, Vodafone stays at the top of its game, and it has enabled it to be at the helm for such a long period of time.
