INTRODUCTION
Strategic management can be explained where the goals are objectives are set to upgrade
and raise the company for becoming competitive in the market(Hayakawa., 2019). It encompasses
all the strategy analysation , the carrying into action plan of a company . It is highly important in
business as it enhance and improve the functional areas. There is two approach towards strategic
management prescriptive and descriptive model and it can be explained where the plan of action
are distinct for the development and the execution where descriptive approach is explained how
the company come up with different innovative plan to broaden the horizon of a company . The
company goals and aims can be clearly identified and understood the strategic planning gives the
edge in the market. In the context of Vodafone business the action plan will be evaluated and
analysed by using the distinctive factors in the market. The company is British multi nation
whose headquarter lies in Newbury, Berkshire England . The organisation was founded by
Ernest Harrison and Gerry whent. The internal and external factors will be analysed by using
numerous models .

studied. As the organisation is a multinational (Höglund., 2021).
Political factors : The business operated in different continents such as Europe, Asia,
Africa and other countries and they have their own rules and regulation . The
organisation has to analyse their trade regulations as well the tax for technology and also
the business has to ensure government stability .
Economic factors: It includes the inflation , foreign exchange rates to measure the
growth of a Vodafone the wireless communication and consumer spending .
Social factors : In this the market trends and cultural norms are analysed the organisation
need to understand the culture and customers behaviour of a particular country in which
they wish to operate .
