Introduction
The main focus of the entire paper is on the organization “Yes Chemist” that furthers
aimed to prepare a project plan for the project “SAP/4HANA implementation” within the
organization by integrating different modules in order to provide proper operations to the
customers. The project plan was mainly prepared so that the project manager can follow the
plan during execution and can be capable for tracking for the progress of the project for
ensuring the SAP implementation project is on the track. Moreover, the project plan which was
generally developed as the information based on the risks, budget, schedule well as
communication plan.

The project successfully aims for implementing for the “Yes Chemist” so that the
organization will generally helpful in providing excellent services to the clients as well as can be
capable of managing the operations with the help of one single system. In addition to this, the
system will integrate different modules of analytics, management and accounting in order to

The organization “Yes Chemist” that is a pharmacy which has its headquarters in South
Melbourne. The pharmacy helps in giving effective health and beauty requirements for the
various clients in order to meet their requirement and additionally provides a number of
operations which are generally linked with the pharmaceuticals. In order to improve the
business operations further, the organization utilizes a review method for analyzing the areas in
which improvement can be made. It is analyzed that SAP/4HANA system will be beneficial for
the organization. In addition to this, the pharmacy also wants to add more modules of analytics,
accounting as well as management so that the operations related to this field can be performed
with the help of the newly implemented system.
