The main focus of the entire paper is on the organization “Yes Chemist” that furthers
aimed to prepare a project plan for the project “SAP/4HANA implementation” within the
organization by integrating different modules in order to provide proper operations to the
customers. The project plan was mainly prepared so that the project manager can follow the
plan during execution and can be capable for tracking for the progress of the project for
ensuring the SAP implementation project is on the track. Moreover, the project plan which was
generally developed as the information based on the risks, budget, schedule well as
communication plan.

which improvement can be made. It is analyzed that SAP/4HANA system will be beneficial for
