IntroductionThe vulnerability is considered as an emotional injury, more particularly in being easily hurt likean alone child and the people with disabilities. In this paper, we will discuss the vulnerabilityamong people with disabilities. This will perform under the lights of certain facts and figurestaken from a large number of literature papers. On the other hand, causes of vulnerabilities arealso studied to know the main reason behind the development of vulnerabilities among peoplewith disabilities. It can be said that persons with disabilities faces exclusion to different forms ofinaccessible environments and discrimination in many phases of their life. On the other hand, aperson with disabilities faces vulnerabilities in the greater manner in comparison to othersegments. In this context, it is necessary to review and highlight the available information anddata concerning the situation of those belonging to subgroups within the population withdisabilities and to inform programs and policies of the Australian society, including theirimplementation. This paper gives us an opportunity to address the best ways of vulnerabilitiesconditions so that it can consider and resolved as soon as possible (Ecclestone, 2016). Australiansociety takes a large number of steps and builds different policies and laws to reduce thevulnerabilities among the people with disabilities. The most important segment of people withdisabilities affected largely by vulnerabilities is women and girls with disability. They don’t onlyface the social exploitation but also faced a large number of people in their life. Thus, it can besaid that vulnerability resolution is necessary to develop every segment of the country and makeit successful. 2

Causes of Vulnerabilities among People with Disabilities It can be said that there are more than one billion people with disabilities living in Australia.They mainly live with physical, mental health, sensory, and intellectual disability. The causesbehind the creation of vulnerabilities are different. Some of the reasons behind the vulnerabilitiesamong people with disabilities are following:HIV BurdenAS per the report of 2012 survey in Australia, it can be said that the main cause of thedevelopment of vulnerabilities among people with disabilities id burden of HIV. The reportdeclares that the prevalence of HIV among people with disabilities is greater than 15.5%. On theother hand, one study of deaf people in Kenya represents that approximately 6% disabled peopleliving with HIV. Thus, it can be said that HIV burden becomes the one of the important reasonbehind vulnerability among disable people. Generally, it can be said that disability differentaccording to sex, age, exposure, environmental risks, and stage of life. Whether or not they areliving with HIV, people with disabilities always have unsatisfied needs for HIV services andhealth in order to protect themselves (Guillard-Gonçalves, 2015). Due to this, in today scenario,HIV burden becomes one of the important reasons behind vulnerability among physically disablepeople. Lack of Awareness by SocietyThe second most important reason behind the creation of vulnerabilities among disable people isa lack of awareness by society. It is said that society of a particular country has little knowledgeabout the reasons behind the development of vulnerability.
