Research method The researcher used quantitative method so that they can ensure the highest efficiency in the outcome of research. The reason for choosing quantitative research method is that this method is less bias which assist them to achieve their set objectives with less partiality. Data source and collection In order to conduct a research, it is very important for researcher that they should collect data from right source so that they are able to investigate effectively. There are two methods found in the process of data collection that includes primary data collection method and secondary data collection method(Ndungu, 2017). Primary data collection method is concerned with the collection of data at first time that means researcher collects fresh data. On the other hand, secondary data collections method is concerned with the collection of data from secondary sources such as magazines, newspapers, articles, etc. In this research, both methods of data collectionareusinginordertocomeintoeffectiveconclusion.Inprimaryresearch, questionnaire is used for the purpose of collecting data from respondents(Ervin and et.al., 2018). 5
