INTRODUCTION
In competitive world, it becomes crucial for an organisation to improve the productivity
as well as performances of employees. This can be possible only with the assistance of effective
teamwork (Sanyal and Hisam, 2018). This research report will be discussing the necessary
findings related to this topic so that organisation get right and valuable recommendations in order
to run their business. In this context, Waitrose is undertaking in order to analyse the impact of
teamwork on employee performance. Waitrose is the supermarket of British that had a
headquarter in London, UK. This report will uses important and relevant sources that assists an
organisation to analyse the impact.
Rationale
The organisational success and growth is depend on the employees' behaviour and
performances. In the recent study, it is found that the employees generate more productivity
when they are in a team (Ibrahim, Boerhannoeddin and Bakare, 2017). This is the reason that this
research is based on analysing the impact of teamwork on employees' performances. This
research highlights the importance of teamwork in an organisation as it affects on employees'
performances (Kniffin and et.al., 2021).
