Researching and identifying the
issue of waste management in
Australia
 As per the Department of
Environment and Energy, the
Government of Australia, in 2016-
17 alone the country generated a
colossal amount of 67 million
metric tons of wastes.
 The immense amount of wastes
have several negative impacts on
the environment of Australia like
air pollution, water pollution and
spread of diseases.
 Waste management is necessary
in Australia

Designing of the waste
management awareness campaign
 The campaign would make
the resident individuals
and firms in the country
aware about the
devastating impacts of
wastes on the
environment and on the
local population as a
whole.
 The campaign would also
educate the audience
about the different
methods which can be
adopted to recycle wastes.
