INTRODUCTION
Effective style of management is categorised as collaboration of a common platform in
order to take out prominent outcomes in effective manner. For the major purpose of running
managerial process effectively the major role of management is to make effective bond between
employees and managerial personnel (Aithal and Kumar, 2017). Along with this effective
leadership style is playing essential role in giving appropriate direction to employees so that they
can execute plans and operations in more effective manner and stay motivated as well. This
report is based on Damson Dane Hotel which is a leisure hotel situated in UK. The organisation
is holding various amenities such as spa, swimming pool and many other luxurious services. This
report is covering general manager profile existed in Damson Dane Hotel and their role for teams
and the whole organisation by using various theories of team management and business
activities.

Management in an organisation is managing function and putting efforts to getting things
done by others in order to attain organisational performance. With the help of management
behaviour performance of individual can be analysed in such a way that strategic intent of the
business can be met. Within this concept manager of Damson Dene Hotel is reviewing progress
of the organisation with the major purpose of enhancing skills and knowledge of individual.

measures can be taken for supervising and guiding employees. Punishment can be given to
employees when they are not showing capabilities to meet their obligations. In the background of

managing employee morale and team spirit in a way by which team cohesiveness can be
maintained and enhanced. The foremost step under this leadership style is to establish proper
channel of communication and to train people. In the context of Damson Dene Hotel, their
manager is appointing sub leaders so that personal problem of individual can be met and
