INTRODUCTION Effective style of management is categorised as collaboration of a common platform in order to take out prominent outcomes in effective manner. This report is based on Damson Dane Hotel which is a leisure hotel situated in UK. The organisation is holding various amenities such as spa, swimming pool and many other luxurious services. This report is covering general manager profile existed in Damson Dane Hotel and their role for teams and the whole organisation by using various theories of team management and business activities. MAIN BODY Critically analyse performance and effectiveness for the profile of General Manager of Damson Dene Hotel Management in an organisation is managing function and putting efforts to getting things done by others in order to attain organisational performance. With the help of management behaviour performance of individual can be analysed in such a way thatstrategic intent of the business can be met. Within this concept manager of Damson Dene Hotel is reviewing progress of the organisation with the major purpose of enhancing skills and knowledge of individual. Manager of Damson Dene Hotel Wayne, is providing authority of making relationship with their employees so as to manage stability and effectiveness in overall working. Punishment can be given to employees when they are not showing capabilities to meet their obligations.
