impact on speaking skills of the employees and hence enhance in their performance. Professional
development plans again become game changer it develops various kind of skills in the
workforce and using this skills firms able to gain competitive advantage in changing business.

profit share in hospitality business. Objective easily accomplished by it can be evaluate by rising
revenue compare to last year and customer satisfaction level improved can be analysed from

management to understand various kind of problems that are facing by workforce and can timely
